Who it’s for
Mindkindle supports adults aged 18 and over living in the UK experiencing neurodivergent workplace barriers, including people with ADHD and other neurodivergent profiles such as autism, dyslexia or dyspraxia. You are welcome whether diagnosed, awaiting assessment or exploring whether you may be neurodivergent. Support does not establish a diagnosis.
You might recognise…
- You know what needs doing but struggle to start.
- Everything feels equally urgent.
- Deadlines seem far away until suddenly they are immediate.
- You underestimate how long tasks will take.
- You become stuck trying to make one task perfect.
- Interruptions make it difficult to return to what you were doing.
- Actions agreed during meetings disappear from your mind afterwards.
- Your inbox, projects or paperwork quickly become overwhelming.
- Changing priorities throw off your entire day.
- You procrastinate until urgency creates enough momentum.
- Meetings, messages and competing demands leave you overloaded.
- You create systems but struggle to keep using them.
You do not need to experience all of these challenges. Support is personalised around what is getting in the way for you.

Frequently asked questions
What is Access to Work?
Access to Work is a government programme that may provide funding towards additional workplace support required because of a disability or health condition. Eligibility and awards are determined by the Department for Work and Pensions.
Can Mindkindle help me apply for Access to Work?
Yes. We can help you understand the process, identify and organise information about your workplace barriers, prepare for your Access to Work conversation and consider what practical support may be useful. We cannot determine eligibility or guarantee that an application will be approved.
Can you complete my Access to Work application for me?
We can support you to understand and prepare your application and organise the information you may want to include. You remain responsible for ensuring the information submitted to Access to Work is accurate and reflects your circumstances.
Can Mindkindle provide an Access to Work quote?
Yes. Where the requested support falls within our service scope, we can provide a quotation for you to submit as part of your application or assessment.
I already have an Access to Work award. Can I use Mindkindle?
Potentially. Send us the relevant details of your award and we can confirm whether the approved support falls within the services Mindkindle provides.
Is Mindkindle an Access to Work provider?
Mindkindle is an independent provider of workplace support services. Access to Work customers may use independent providers for certain forms of support, subject to DWP approval and the terms of their individual award. Mindkindle is not part of the Department for Work and Pensions.
Does Mindkindle guarantee Access to Work funding?
No. Access to Work determines eligibility, the support it approves and the level of funding awarded.
Do I need Access to Work funding to use Mindkindle?
No. Our coaching services are also available on a self-funded basis.
Do you only support people with ADHD?
No. Mindkindle workplace support is designed around neurodivergent workplace barriers rather than a single diagnosis. The support available will depend on your needs and the expertise available.
Is Mindkindle a clinical ADHD service?
No. Mindkindle currently provides non-clinical coaching and workplace strategy support. We do not currently provide ADHD diagnosis, medication management, prescribing, psychotherapy or medical treatment through this service.
Do I need a diagnosis?
You do not necessarily need to wait for a formal diagnosis before exploring workplace support. If you are applying for Access to Work, DWP will determine what information it requires for your individual application.
How does booking work?
Every booking is arranged personally. You send a request using the form, and we contact you to agree a suitable time and explain payment arrangements. Before you commit or pay, we tell you who the practitioner supporting you will be and their relevant credentials, and provide the booking terms. Once payment is received we confirm your appointment and send your private Microsoft Teams link.
Where do sessions take place?
All sessions are held remotely via Microsoft Teams. You’ll need a device with a camera or microphone and a reasonably stable internet connection.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Less than 48 hours’ notice or non-attendance incurs the full session charge. For a prepaid block, this uses one session without an additional charge. This policy is subject to applicable statutory consumer rights.
Where can I find crisis support?
Mindkindle is not a crisis service. If you are in crisis, call 999 or NHS 111, or contact Samaritans on 116 123.
Request support
Mindkindle provides non-clinical coaching and practical support. Sessions do not provide ADHD diagnosis, medical treatment, medication advice or prescribing.
